1. Want us to custom make a unit for you? Send us an email or a WhatsApp message. Add a picture of the unit that you would like us to make. We will get back to you within 24 ours.
2. All WhatsApp messages and emails will be replied within 24 ours.
3. We do not communicate through phone calls.
4. Have an old wig that you want us to color or repair? Send us an e-mail or WhatsApp message. We will send you our policy and prices.
5. All items that are in stock will be shipped to you within 2/3 business days. Items that are not in stock will be shipped within 5/10 business days.
6. There is an processing time of 5/10 business days for all wigs that are not in stock.
Exchange policy for hair pieces and wigs.
For hygiene reasons, we will only consider exchanging hair bundles, closures and frontals, provided the items are returned in their original condition and packaging. The labels and stickers must be intact. You can choose to exchange the items or ask for an credit voucher. The credit voucher is valid for 6 months. You can exchange or get the credit voucher within 14 days after receiving your perches. After 14 days your exchange right expires. Wigs are made and adjusted per order, so all wigs are final sale.
